Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

InstaViewer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Our Policy

We do not store, host, or redistribute copyrighted content. Our service provides temporary access to publicly available Instagram content for viewing purposes only. All content remains the property of its original creators and Instagram/Meta Platforms, Inc.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement through our service, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate the material
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or who has had content removed from our service more than twice.

Misuse of DMCA Process

Please note that making false claims or misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. We may seek damages from any party that makes false claims under the DMCA.

Limitations

Please understand that our service provides access to content hosted on Instagram's servers. We do not control Instagram's content policies or removal processes. For content removal from Instagram directly, you must contact Instagram/Meta Platforms, Inc.

Response Time

We will review all properly formatted DMCA notices within 5-7 business days. If immediate action is required due to the nature of the infringement, please indicate this in your notice.
